About Me

Hi, I’m Julie.  I work with Christian women looking to improve their health and live the happy, active, vibrant life they really want and God really wants for then by helping them pray often, eat well & move more.  

Are you ready to take charge of your health and the Temple God blessed you with?  

Besides being a Registered Nurse & Health Coach, I’m a wife, mom & grandma too!  I’m an avid Star Wars & Harry Potter fan.  I spend as much time as possible outside in God’s creation, walking through the woods, gardening, watching the sun rise & set, and weed eating on our acreage in rural Iowa.  

My nursing career includes long term care, eyes, school as well as community education & staff development.  As a former farmer’s market vendor, I still support local foods.  

For fun, I enjoy learning how God designed our bodies and how we can best take care of our Temples, giving God & us the best home possible

When I became a nurse back in 1996, I had no idea the power  praying often, eating well & moving more has in fixing the root cause of most dis-ease we face today.  

When I started combining my scientific nursing and health educator background with my Christian faith, I began to understand how the body works.  Since earning my Master’s Degree in Community Health Education and becoming a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing amazing transformations when people pray often, eat well & move more-fueling and moving their body according to God’s design.  

I realized God is calling us to take care of the Temples he blessed us with and it can be fun, especially when we call on him for guidance.  

I also get our crazy, busy, fast-paced world doesn’t make it easy to take care of ourselves.  That’s why I offer several tips and tricks to make the most of your time so you can pray often, eat well & move more.
